Mr. Mita brings with him an impressive career spanning over 30 years in a leading Japanese megabank, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership in investment banking, global compliance, and internal audit across both domestic and global markets.

Leveraging his extensive expertise and insights, Mr. Mita will play a critical role in advancing the Company’s purpose:
