AddxSight LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) sets forth the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) regarding the use of its website (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”). (*) Reverse engineering includes decompilation, disassembly, reverse engineering, or modification.

  2. All intellectual property rights related to the Company’s AI solutions, advisory services, and associated technologies and methodologies belong to the Company or its legitimate rights holders.
  3. Users are prohibited from using (including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, sale, display, uploading, translation, and publication) such content without prior written consent from the Company.

Article 4 (Handling of Confidential Information)

  1. Information disclosed in relation to the Company’s business shall be treated as confidential unless explicitly authorized for public disclosure.
  2. Users shall not disclose or leak any confidential information obtained through transactions with the Company to any third party without prior written consent from the Company.

(*) The use of AI analysis results shall be at the User’s own judgment and responsibility.

  1. The Company shall bear no responsibility for the content of third-party websites linked to the Website.
  2. Those wishing to link to the Website must obtain prior written consent from the Company.
