AddxSight LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) sets forth the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) regarding the use of its website (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”). Please carefully read the Terms before using the Website. By using the Website, you shall be deemed to have agreed to all the Terms.
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
The Terms apply to all relationships between the Company and visitors to the Website (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) regarding the use of the Website.
Article 2 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in the following activities while using the Website:

- Unauthorized use or modification of the Company’s AI solutions (including unauthorized commercial use, reverse engineering (*), or other technical alterations);
- Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information related to the Company’s advisory services;
- Any activities that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
(*) Reverse engineering includes decompilation, disassembly, reverse engineering, or modification.
Article 3 (Intellectual Property Rights)
- All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and programs, is owned by the Company or its legitimate rights holders.
- All intellectual property rights related to the Company’s AI solutions, advisory services, and associated technologies and methodologies belong to the Company or its legitimate rights holders.
- Users are prohibited from using (including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, sale, display, uploading, translation, and publication) such content without prior written consent from the Company.
Article 4 (Handling of Confidential Information)
- Information disclosed in relation to the Company’s business shall be treated as confidential unless explicitly authorized for public disclosure.
- Users shall not disclose or leak any confidential information obtained through transactions with the Company to any third party without prior written consent from the Company.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information provided on the Website.
- The Company shall bear no responsibility for the following matters concerning AI solutions or related services provided through the Website:
- Functional limitations due to technical constraints;
- Damages arising from User errors in operation;
- Completeness or accuracy of AI analysis results (*);
- Damages caused by external services or linked content.
(*) The use of AI analysis results shall be at the User’s own judgment and responsibility.
Article 6 (Privacy)
The handling of personal information obtained through the Website shall be in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
Article 7 (Links)
- The Company shall bear no responsibility for the content of third-party websites linked to the Website.
- Those wishing to link to the Website must obtain prior written consent from the Company.
Article 8 (Global Applicability)
- The Japanese version of the Terms shall take precedence over any translations provided in other languages in the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- International transactions shall comply with applicable international laws and the laws of the relevant countries.
Article 9 (Changes to the Terms)
The Company reserves the right to change the Terms as necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect once posted on the Website.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The interpretation and application of the Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising in connection with the Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
